Crisp is a customer support SaaS platform that helps businesses connect with their customers through chat, automation, and shared inbox tools. My role was to optimize the landing page experience to boost engagement and conversions. The goal was to communicate the product’s value faster, especially to first-time visitors who might not have the time or patience to read through text-heavy explanations.

Challenge

While Crisp had a strong product, the landing page relied heavily on text and static visuals to explain its features. This made it difficult for potential users to quickly grasp how the platform worked or why it stood out from competitors. As a result, many visitors left before signing up, not because they weren’t interested, but because the information wasn’t engaging or easy to understand.

Solution

To fix this, I introduced SaaS-friendly onboarding videos and short visual animations that demonstrated key product features in action. These videos replaced lengthy descriptions with clear, dynamic storytelling that showed the value instantly. Research shows that people remember 95% of information from video, compared to just 10% from text, and this small shift helped users connect faster and convert easier.
